January 31 st, 2002 Meridian City Council City of Meridian 33 E.Idaho Meridian, Idaho 83642 Ft LE M0?�1 Re: Extension of the Mallane Commercial Complex Preliminary Plat Approval Dear Council Members, The City Council approved the Preliminary Plat application of the subject property at their 03/06/01 meeting. Since the approval the owner's time and resources have been concentrated on the completion of the construction of the Louie's restaurant located on lot 1 of this 5 lot commercial subdivision and marketing of the remaining lots. The owner of the subject property is hereby requesting a one (1) year extension of the City Council approval of the Preliminary Development Plan, complying with the City Ordinance Section 12-3-6-13, in order to complete the Final Development Plan. The owner will be able to complete the Final Development Plan within the one (1) year extension. The owner will provide the $100.00 fee required for this extension request.
