The current Exhibit A.3: Use Area Plan dated October 8, 2018 designates Lot 4 as a Specialty Retail and Restaurants use. This MDA request is to allow for the development of a new Idaho Central Credit Union, a financial institution with drive-through. Per the City of Meridian Code,Table 11-213-2, Financial Institutions are a permitted use within the C-C Community Business District. The original Development Agreement is as follows: • Development Agreement—Linder Village (AZ, PP,VAR(H-2017-0088)) dated 04/02/2019. (Original Agreement). • Council Approval of the Development Agreement dated 04/09/2019. • Recorded Instrument Number of Development Agreement#2019-028376, dated 04/10/2019. • Annexation Ordinance#19-1821 The proposed changes still provide the following to the development: • Building frontage at the corner of Linder Road and Chinden Boulevard. • Required parking for site users. • Required overall site use area plan, Exhibit A.3: Use Area Plan dated 05/07/21. • Required pedestrian access from Linder Rd and Chinden BLVD to the site, Exhibit A.4: Site Circulation Plan dated 05/07/21. • Required Landscaping along Linder and Chinden, Exhibit A.7: Proposed Landscape Plan dated 1/4/18. • Required Open Space, Exhibit A.B: Open Space Plan dated 1/14/2019) Thank you for your consideration of this submittal.
