Meridian Irrigation District
There are no Boise Project facilities located on the above -mentioned properties, however they do
in fact possess a valid water right that is delivered by Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District for the
New York District.
BVA Development needs to contact the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District and the New York
Irrigation District and establish now a pressure irrigation system will work and be billed for this
project.
Local irrigation drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring properties,
must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
Storm Drainage and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site.
