The subject property is a piece of land located on West Cherry Lane part of the Lynwood Plaza.
Subdivision. This building will be at the entrance to the subdivision on Lot 5, Block 1. This
building will house the Medicap Pharmacy and will also include some additional space for a
potential tenant. We feel that this project will be an asset by providing services to the surrounding
residential neighborhood, a service that is always welcomed.

house the proposed project, Medicap Pharmacy. The pharmacy will be operated to serve medical
clinics and will not be a retail outlet.
The developer will construct entry drive, all parking lot improvements and drive-thru.
