Possible building of apartments on north & south side of Victory and Locust Grove
Message:
We had our house built in Salmon Rapids and moved into 23 1/2 years ago. We enjoy a quiet,
clean neighborhood with other homeowners who show pride of ownership. We are adamently
against an apartment complex being built that would border directly next to and south of our
subdivision. This would mean more traffic, more crime, more police calls, more fire department
calls. We pay our taxes and do not want our area turned into a high density rental area. We

know that the property in question would probably go to subdivisiion with homeowners, but not
high density transient rental properties.
