NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2004
for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application of White -Leasure
Development Company for a Rezone of 8+ acres from a C-2 zone to a proposed C-G
zone for Meridian Gateway generally located at SWC of South Meridian Road and
West Overland Road.
A more particular description of the above property is on file in the City Clerk's
office at Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, and is available for inspection during
regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A copy of the application is available for review. Any and all interested persons
shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit
testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written
materials should be submitted to the City Clerk more than sever) (7) days prior to the
above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing.
All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings,

meeting.

CITY OF MERIDIAN ORDINANCE NO. 05-1179 _, L
PROVIDING FOR RE -ZONING ORDINANCE
An Ordinance of the City of Meridian granting re -zoning for land known a
Meridian Gateway commonly located in the NE '/4 of the NE 1/4of Section 24
Township 3 North, Range 1 West of the Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more
Particularly described in Attachment "A".
This parcel contains 9.08 acres more or less.
Also, this parcel is SUBJECT TO all easements and rights -of -way of record or
implied.
As surveyed by Roylance and Associated, PA as attached as exhibit `B" and is
not based on an actual field survey.
A full text of this ordinance is available for inspection at City Hall, City of
Meridian, 33 East Idaho, Meridian, Idaho. This ordinance shall become effective
on the 6th day of September, 2005.
