Messina Hills No. 2. Subdivision is a request for the City Council to approved 90 lots of
remaining portion of the Tuscany Lakes Development on the east side of the Ridenbaugh Canal.
Bach in November 18, 2003 the Meridian City Council did grant the develope approved of 100
lots on both side of the Ridenbaugh Canal. During the construction plan appm al process we ran
into some delays in the plan approval with Nampa Meridian Irrigation with so e of the ditches
on the west side of the previously approved plat. Therefore we are now only se king approval for
that portion located on the east side of the Ridenbaugh Canal only.
This request is in compliance with the original preliminary pl
comprehensive plan.
If you have any questions or need additional information, plc
Sincerely,
BRIGGS EN VEERING, Inc.
