Subdivision be distributed, to the extent possible, throughout balance of the landscape area within the subdivision to accommodate Nampa Meridian Irrigation license agreement. Terms of the license agreement do not allow trees to be installed in their right of way (see attached exhibit B). Ancestor Place Boise ID 83704 RE: Lynwood Plaza Subdivision Dear Gene: 1503 FIRST STREET SOUTH NAMPA, IDAHO 83651-4395 FAX # 208-463-0092 Phones: Area Code 208 OFFICE: Nampa 466-7861 SHOP: Nampa 466-0663 RECEIVED AUG 15 2003 City Of Meridian City Of OMee Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has reviewed the plans for the above -mentioned subdivision. Plans indicate that all storm drainage will be retained onsite. The pressure irrigation appears to be built according to District standard and will be connected to the Devlin Place pressure system. Any upgrades will be the responsibility of the developer, which are required, as the District will need to do a review. In addition to this we do need a contract for operation and maintenance of this system. Please contact the District's attorney, Ms. Laura Burri at 342-4591 and request that she prepares this document for signature by the owner. It will then be presented to Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District's Board of Directors at the next available meeting for their consideration. In addition to this Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District will require a License Agreement for the piping of the Rutledge Lateral along with the encroachment of one building which the District has agreed to accept within it's easement area. This will also have to be signed by the owner's of the subdivision and presented for the Board of Directors for their consideration. Once the Board of Directors has accepted this construction may begin after the water goes out of the system in October. Please feel free to contact me if you feel further discussion is required.
