NEW HORIZON CHILD CARE
(Request to transfer Conditional Use Permit - by Chris Wilson)
I have reviewed this submittal and offer the following comments, for your information and
consideration as conditions of the Applicant during the hearing process:
1.
Water to this facility is from an existing service line that connects the Ponderosa Paint
store and this facility together. With this arraingement, it is impossible to tell whether the
Assessments collected by the City are within reason or not. A solution to this problem
would be if there were a separate service line installed for this facilty. There aren't any
any problems to mention with the existing sewer service line- Applicant will be required
to enter into a re-assessment agreement with the City.
