together with all rights, titles, interests and obligations appurtenant thereto (collectively, the
'Property").
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said Property; with its appurtenances unto Grantee, and
Grantee's successors and assigns forever, and Grantor does hereby bind itself against every
person whomsoever may lawfully make a claim related to Grantor's right to convey the Property
to Grantee, by or through Grantor, but not otherwise.
