THE BOUNDARY RESOLUTION WAS DETERMINED AS FOLLOWS: THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHERLY PARCEL IS ESTABLISHED BY THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF W. McMILLAN ROAD AS DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED INSTRUMENT NUMBER 113128365 (RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY). THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY IS ESTABLISHED BY THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF VICENZA SUBDIVISION AND BY FOUND MONUMENTATION (BOOK 108, PAGES 15026-15028, RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY), ALSO BY PARCEL 3 OF WARRANTY DEED INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2016-039550 (RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY). THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY IS ESTABLISHED BY THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27 AS ESTABLISHED BY RECORD DATA AND FOUND MONUMENTS. THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY IS ESTABLISHED BY THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF N. TEN MILE ROAD AS DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2019- 108995(RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY), THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHERLY PARCEL IS ESTABLISHED BY THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF THE COLEMAN SUBDIVISION AND BY FOUND MONUMENTATION (BOOK 108, PAGES 15196-15196, RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY).
