NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the
City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall,33 East Broadway Avenue,Meridian,
Idaho,at the hour of 6:00 p.m.on Tuesday,May 25,2021 for
the purpose of reviewing and considering the following appli-
cations:
Intermountain Pacific,LLC for a Development Agreement
Modification to amend the Kenai Subdivision Development
Agreement (Inst. #106141056) for the purpose of amending
the concept plan to incorporate 164 age-restricted multi-family
housing units for Gramercy Commons(H-2021-0022),located
at 1873, 1925,and 2069 S.Wells Ave.
Laren Bailey of Conger Group for Annexation of 80.46
acres of land with R-8 and R-15 zoning districts;and a Prelim-
inary Plat consisting of 329 building lots,40 common lots and
14 other lots (i.e. 12 common driveway lots, 1 private street
lot and 1 lot for the existing home) on 79.69 acres of land in
the R-8 and R-15 zoning districts for Skybreak Neighborhood
(H-2020-0127), located at 3487 E.Adler Hoff Ln.and 7020 S.
Eagle Rd.
Mason &Associates for a Rezone of a 1.16-acre proper-
ty from R-4 to the L-O zoning district commensurate with a
provision within the Meridian Comprehensive Plan for the pur-
pose of constructing an approximate 10,000-square-foot office
building in lieu of residential development and a Development
Agreement Modification to replace the existing agreement
(Inst.#111024535) and enter into a new agreement to devel-
op the site consistent with the proposed development plan for
3175 N.Ten Mile (H-2020-0122), located at 3175 N.Ten Mile
Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
ing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.Broad-
way Ave,Suite 104,Meridian,ID,83642;by email to cityclerk@
meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by texting
"Comment"to 31996.All testimony and materials received or
presented become property of the City of Meridian as public
records and are subject to the provisions of the Idaho Pub-
lic Records Law.Application materials are subject to change
throughout the public hearing process,and it is incumbent on
interested persons to monitor changes by following the process
in person,online,or by contacting City staff.
