FP 02-003 My understanding is that the City can proceed with signature, yes. Bill Nichols' earlier memo to the Mayor provided two options - either re -open the hearing on the application or have this neighborhood meeting and see if the neighbors appeal. Then proceed as normal. I think the ball is in the neighbor's court now and the City can finalize it. :.• -----Original Message ----- From: Sharon Smith[mailto:smiths@meridiancity.org] Sent: Tuesday, June 18, 2002 10:20 AM To: Brad Hawkins -Clark (E-mail); Shari Stiles (E-mail) Cc: Will Berg Subject: Inglenook Sub. Is this wrong? The applicant has been made aware that this is not the best way to go and this process would still leave it open to a challenge. This was just an option we suggested. -----Original Message ----- From: Sharon Smith[mailto:smiths@meridiancity.org] Sent: Tuesday, April 16, 2002 4:16 PM To: Bill Nichols (E-mail) Cc: Marlene St. George (E-mail); Will Berg; Shari Stiles (E-mail) Subject: FW: FW: Inglenook -----Original Message ----- From: William Nary [mailto:Wnary@cityofboise.org] Sent: Tuesday, April 16, 2002 3:51 PM To: smiths@meridiancity.org Cc: bergw@meridiancity.org Subject: Re: FW: Inglenook My information is the developer does not wish to re -notice this matter for an additional hearing.
