REQUEST FOR ACCESSORY USE PERMIT FOR A PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO
at 860 E. Finch Creek by Mark Wiars
We have reviewed this submittal and offer the following comments as conditions of the
application. These conditions shall be considered in full, unless expressly modified or
deleted by motion of the Meridian City Council:
1.
Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with Section 11-2-414 of the City of
Meridian ZolÚng and Development Ordinance.
2.
Sanitary sewer and water to this facility would be via existing service lines. Plans for
sewer and water service will be reviewed to see if the additional load would justifY
additional assessments. Please provide any information that you may have with regard to
your anticipated water demand. Applicant- will be required to enter into an Assessment
Agreement with the City of Meridian prior to operation.
3.
ZolÚng Certificate and Certificate of Occupancy are required prior to operation.
4.
The use shall not adversely impact surrounding properties due to traffic and other
activities.
5.
No signage has been proposed, and none is approved with this application. No signage is
permitted under an accessory use permit.
6.
Applicant is proposing to use garage area. Details of the area of the garage being used
were not provided. City Ordinance 11-2-411.H requires that all single-family detached
housing units shall have a garage capacity of housing at least two (2) standard size
automobiles, at a minimum.
7.
Violation of any of the above conditions shall be cause to revoke a zolÚng certificate. The
Conditional Use Permit shall be subject to review upon notice to the applicant.
