This will compliment the growing number of homes being converted to commercial use in the immediate area. Pine St. is a well traveled alternative route to Locust Grove which allows for increased exposure. The type of retail shop we wish to open is a children's gently used clothing and toys etc. which would benefit Meridian's growing family population. The structure also lends itself to a friendly open display of merchandise. There is convenient customer parking for this location provided by a city parking lot directly across the street. Customers may also park along the street.
