summarization of the ordinance providing for an annexation and zoning ordinance for Joint School
District No. 2, pursuant to the City's action. I do hereby advise the City, and make this statement,
that said summary is true and complete and provides adequate notice to the public of the provisions
of said ordinance.
You are hereby directed to file this statement with the ordinance, pursuant to the
provisions of Idaho § 50-901(A).

NOTICE AND PUBLISHED SUMMARY
OF ORDINANCE PURSUANT TO I.C. § 50-901(A)
CITY OF MERIDIAN ORDINANCE NO. 02-F-% 7
PROVIDING FOR AN ANNEXATION AND ZONING ORDINANCE
An Ordinance of the City of Meridian granting annexation and zoning for land owned by Joint School
District No. 2, to be known as a middle school consisting of 40.48 acres with a zoning designation of R-4
Low Density Residential District; and to provide providing for effect of invalidity; providing that all
ordinances and resolutions in conflict are repealed and rescinded; and providing an effective date.
Legal Description
A parcel of land being the NW '/4 of the SW '/4 of Section 36, Township 4 North, Range I
West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the NW `/4 of the SW '/4 (W '/4 Corner) of Section
36, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, the REAL POINT OF
BEGINNING of this description;
Thence S 89109'37" E 1335.94 feet to the northeast corner of the NW '/4 of said SW '/4
(C-W1/16 Corner);
Thence S 00°21' 15" W 1323.86 feet to the southeast corner of the NW '/4 of said SW Y4
(SW 1/16 Corner);
Thence N 88056' 18" W 1333.50 feet to the southwest corner of the NW '/4 of said SW '/
(S1/16 Corner of Sections 35 and 36);
Thence N 00014'45" E 1318.71 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description.
Said Parcel containing 40.48 acres, more or less, including 25 feet of road right-of-way
for N. Linder Road.
