Dear Mayor, City Council and Planning and ToniCommisSion:
We as eomerned citizens of Meridian C;reens and Running Brook Subdivisions and the
developerssubmitted of the larkspur Project (formerly Sou
beinthwood Subdivision and Larkspur now
gunder-one application) have met and are in support of this current
application with the following understanding:
1. The -developers -move the Alzheimer Care Facility to the West side of the
retirement community portion of the project.
2 Tl�e developemsubmit this application for a rezone with the City approval from
R-4 to R-8 on the residential and retirement por'om of the pro1eet, allowing
us to minimize -the density -of zoning that is close to residential homes and
from R 4 to LQ on the 3.25 acres adjoining Wridian road to be used as
professional office.
3. The developers install a fence to be agreed uponby the homeowners and
approved by the City, between Meridian Greens and Running Brook
Subdivisions and said development. -
4. The -developers provide a minimum of 25 feet of separation between side yards,
and 30 feet of separation between rear yards of proposed cottages and
Meridian Greens and Running Brook Subdivisions.
5. The developers provide additional landscaping between the development, and
surrounding residential homes, and that the affected homeowners are,
Permitted to have input on the iandscaping.plans for these areas.
6. -The developer agrees to work with the associations in an effort to soften traffic
concerns by meeting with- ACHD and other agencies to explore options.
7. This application is not for R-15 zoning, and this agreement will be null and void
if R-15 is required instead of the R 8 and LQ zoninR being requested.
8. Developers agree to keep the undersigned informed as the application proceeds
through the various administrative levels of government.
9. The developers agree to provide a tap to the property line of those properties
adjacent to Larkspur subdivisions for the pressurized irrigation system being
installed by the developers.
