NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of
Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commis-
sion of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33
East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May
20, 2004, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
Smith Brighton for Annexation and Zoning approval of 36.93 acres
from RUT to C-G zone for proposed Market Square generally located at the
northeast corner of North Eagle Road and East Ustick Road;
Robnett Construction for Preliminary Plat approval for six (6) com-
mercial building lots and one (1) common lot on 2.82 acres in a C-G zone for
proposed Initial Point Subdivision generally located at east of North Meridian
Road and south of East Fairview Avenue;
Larkspur LLC/Ron Sargent for Rezone approval of 9.47 acres from R-4
to R-8 zone for proposed Larkspur Subdivision, Preliminary Plat approval of
forty-two (42) single-family residential building lots and four (4) common lots on
9.47 acres in a proposed R-8 zone for proposed Larkspur Subdivision and a
Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Development with a request for reduction
to the minimum requirements for lot size, street frontage and front and street yard
setbacks for proposed Larkspur Subdivision located at 2190 and 2240 South
Meridian Road.
