The following is in response to staff s comments.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
l . Applicant requests the City Council to allow Certificates of Occupancy Prior to the City
installing the street bull'cr and sidewalk on Ten Mile Roars.
2. Applicant requests the landscape maintenance to be done by the City at the same time the
City Park is maintained, once the park is constructed. The drainage maintenance of the
pond will be accepted by ACHD and Lochsa Falls HOA.
STTE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
1. The Applicant will comply with terms of approvals.
2. The Applicant will comply with fencing requirements.
3. a. Engineer will add note. B. Engineer will remove note #13. c. See Special
Consideration 42 above.
