Partial Release of Easement
WHEREAS, by recorded platted subdivision utility easement recorded in Plat Book 88, at
Pages 10,145 through 10,146 as Instrument Number 104027329, in the records of Ada County,
State of Idaho, Lochsa Fails Subdivision No. 6, granted to IDAHO POWER COMPANY an
easement (the "Easement") for the construction, operation and maintenance of certain power line
facilities upon the following premises located in Ada County, State of Idaho, to -wit:
Lochsa Falls Subdivision No. 6 — A portion of 'the NE'/. of Section 26, Township 4 North.
Range I West, B.M., Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
AND, WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary or desirable that a certain portion of the
Easement be retained.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, IDAHO POWER COMPANY does
hereby release and abandon that certain portion of the Easement over the following described lands;
The 5-foot interior public utility, rights between Lots 26 and 27, Block 1, Lochsa Falls
Subdivision No. 6 EXCEPT 1IVG THEREFROM, that point that intersects the 10 foot public utility
easement running parallel with and contiguous to PV Glade Creek -Street i .N. Cougar Fiat Avenue.
ALL RIGHTS and privileges under the above -described document in and to the remaining
lands covered by the Easement and any and all prescriptive or other rights the Grantee has acquired
through occupancy and use over time of said remaining lands shall remain and continue in the
Grantee and shall not be affected in any way hereby.

Dear Michelle:
We have been requested by Ramsey Homes, the owner of Lot 26, Block 1, and by Jay Heath Holverson and
Emily Merril Hoiverson, the owners of Lot 27, Block 1, of Locirsa Falls Subdivision No.6, to vacate the
drainage and utility easements created by note 1<2 of said plat along a portion of the common line to said lots
26 and 27, as shown on attached Exhibit "A", for the purpose of adjusting said common line. By signing this
document, Intermountain Gras Company relinquishes its interest in the below -described easement and agrees to
