Due to changing market conditions, the developer of Lochsa Falls wishes to change the order in
which three previously approved final plats are built and recorded. The table below summarizes the
proposed changes.
Other than the name of the plat and the lot and block numbers, no other changes have been made to
the plats that were approved by the City Council.
Old Name New Name
Lochsa Falls No. 8 Lochsa Falls No. 10
Lochsa Falls No. 9 Lochsa Falls No. 11
Lochsa Falls No. 10 Lochsa Falls No. 8
Lochsa Falls No. 9 will be submitted as a new phase
