ZAMZOWS NEW OVERLAND FACILITY
JR LLC (ZAMZOWS) PLANS TO IMPROVE THE EXISTING PROPERTY ON
OVERLAND ROAD BY CONSTRUCTING A NEW RETAIL STORE FACILITY
AND A SHELL/CORE FACILITY FOR LEASABLE RETAIL SPACES. THE
DESIGN AND ENGINEERING OF THESE IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE DONE BY
LICENSED PROFESSIONALS TO MEET ALL CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENTS.
THE IMPROVEMENTS WILL INCLUDE:
-DEMOLITION AND/OR REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE
PROPERTY
-ROUGH GRADING OF THE SITE TO BLEND WITH THE ADJACENT GRADES
AND TO ALLOW ACCESS.
