We have reviewed the staff report for the above -referenced project. With the following minor
revisions, the staff report is acceptable to the property owner:
I. PLANNING DEPARTMENT
REZONE COMMENTS/PROVISIONS
1.1.3
Add Item 4.3: The proposed commercial and office buildings shall be constructed with
high quality materials, including but not limited to: textured concrete stucco, wood ....
Add Item 4.4: Development of the property shall generally comply, as determined by the
Planning Director, with the conceptual site plan submitted with RZ-07-017 and PP-07-
022. A minimum of 9 4 buildings with no one building exceeding 50,00 60,000 square
