Hello, we live in Salmon rapids sub As of now it is really hard to turn out on to locust grove to head towards overland during morning traffic hours 7:15 am and then again at evening hours starting at 3 when school gets out. If more apts get built it is going to create more traffic and locust grove and victory can’t handle it as it is now. The redo of locust grove has been talked about for 10 years and nothing has happened as of yet?? Our vote is no on the rezoning. There was a rezone about 6 years ago for Cabella creek sub which was supposed to be bigger homes bigger lots and that changed to smaller homes smaller lots = more traffic.
