Francis and Anna,
Thank you for your email. I know each person appreciates the information and perspective you have provided. As this is
an open application, the City Council and myself (as a potential tie breaking vote) are not able to comment on the
project outside of the public hearing. I am copying our City Clerk so your email and this response can be included into
the record.

I want to raise our opposition to zoning this area to R-15 density. I live close to the proposed development and the traffic
is already dangerously overloaded with all the downstream developments being added. Currently this area had been
single family residences but now high density housing wants to be injected into the mix. This proposed development is
close to the victory/locust grove intersection. This type of zoning this close to the intersection would be a foolish addition
of incoming traffic to an already highly stressed intersection. I oppose the idea of higher density housing that goes against
the current neighborhood environment just to satisfy a developer's desire for higher profits. The developer will soon be
gone and we will have to live with the effects of their greed. A development that is not a r-15 high density proposal would
be in character with the area. I am not opposed to development but the proposed zoning goes against the core of
maintaining a livable safe neighborhood. Meridian has been a great city to live in and I would like to see it maintain it's
reputation as a place that is considerate of it's constituents.
Thank you, Francis and Anna Ulrich
