Dear Mayor and City Council Members,
I'm writing to you today to urge you to vote no on rezoning the Victory & Locust Grove area for high density housing.
Traffic is already becoming an issue and adding these additional residents would make it even worse. It would also
decrease the property values in our current homes since potential buyers would not want to purchase homes in the area
due to traffic backups. My husband and I were very selective in where we purchased our home in the Boise area based
on traffic and ease of getting places. We wanted a location that was close to the interstate and we could get to it quickly
since we both work downtown. We are already seeing backups and this would make it even worse. Please don't make
this area the next Eagle Road!
