Dear Mayor and City Council,
Our names are John & Shellie Binchi and we live at 1650 E. Sicily St, Meridian, ID. 83642.
We relocated from California to the great city of Meridian, where we have loved living here and the surrounding
community.
In the short 2 1/2 years since we've been here the traffic in our area has become horrible to say the least as well as the
roar of the traffic as it passes our homes that are near Locust Grove. The traffic is so bad in the morning and late
afternoon it's difficult to get out of our housing track let alone return.
The proposed density housing at the corner of Locust Grove & Victory will not only increase this traffic exponentially but
also will possibly lower the value of our property that we love.
Again, we love living here in Meridian Idaho, and are proud of our community and want to keep the homes that are
coming into the area like for like if possible.
We strongly encourage you not to allow density housing in our community and instead allow the developers to build
homes that will blend in with our community.
