The Easements we are requesting to be Vacated are the City of Meridians. The sewer
and water easements to be vacated only affect the subject property. No other Public
Utilities are involved. Please forward this application as soon as possible to the City
Council for approval. We would greatly appreciate this being done in a timely manner, as
this vacation will need to be completed prior to any Building Permits being issued on this
project.

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11.5A-5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
