Will have to look into that. We have right-of-way, but it just has a pathway in it right now so I will need to do some

Phase 2 adds 36 units in two buildings.
• The fire department is asking about the potential to connect Blue Heron to Eureka for emergency vehicles
only. Thoughts on making this an all-weather surface with minimum fire dept width?
• See preferred plan below. The alignment with Waterbury is offset a bit. Is this acceptable?

ideally the access point would align with Waterbury Lane.
