Subject:R-15 Rezoning at Locust Grove and Victory

We are residents of the Tuscany subdivision at 3814 S. Basilica Way. We oppose the rezoning of the land at Victory and Locust
Grove for the following reasons:
The infrastructure is not designed to accommodate the additional traffic congestion.
There are many children in the existing neighborhoods, and the additional traffic poses a threat to their safety.
Apartments and multi-family townhomes will decrease the property values and thus the tax base of the area.
If it is determined that either roadway requires updates and/or expansion, the current landscape will be impacted in a negative
manner similar to the expansion of Eagle and Amity.
We sincerely hope you take all of these factors into consideration during your review of the proposal.

an open application, the City Council and myself (as a potential tie breaking vote) are not able to comment on the
