April 29, 1999~ Shari Stiles, Zoning Administrator City of Meridian 200 E Carlton, Suite 201 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Subject: Accessory Use Permit For Operation Of A Family Child Care Home. My wife and I are opposed to the issuance of such a permit for the following reasons: 1. Under Article III (Property Use Restrictions) of the Elk Run Covenants Par A (Building Restrictions) it states, "All lots in said subdivision shall be known and described as residential lots and restricted to residential use. . . " 2. When my wife and I selected a lot in the subdivision, we paid extra for a lot on a cul-de-sac for the additional privacy, the less traffic and less noise. We will be opposed to any action or proposed change that would violate this. 3. The cul-de-sac is small, it does not accommodate traffic and parking. Just about any parking obstructs services to the area, such as; the school busses (handicap and kindergarten), postal delivery, trash pickup, etc. ~ /r f2cþ ~Gß.nn} .~~o ~. .~::::;;¡ £:/.o ~ 2008 S Covey Place Meridian, Idaho 83642
