I am writing in hopes at the next city meeting you will not allow rezoning on this development at the corner lot of Victory and Locust Grove. I am not sure if you've driven there lately but it is already getting to be highly congested on a 2 lane roadboth directions. My son and friends walk this area to go to local parks and in August will be going to Mountain View High up the street. This property is small and near a canal and homes. The south Meridian areas we lce for a reason as was less congested and more open. You cannot allow to rezone into higher density zoning and townhouses or apts at this location. We are already surrounded by traffic from Eagle and Meridian Rd and the am and pm school/ after work commutes are terrible. Please listen to the neighbors.
