Dear City Council member,
Almost 16 years ago, I moved into my house in Tuscany Village on the corner of Locust Grove and
Victory. In the time I have been here, I have had zero complaints and have loved it. On April 27,
there is a public hearing to rezone my neighborhood for higher density housing. If this gets
passed, this will be a huge, inconvenient issue for me because the traffic will increase. As of now,
Locust Grove is only a 2-lane road. The traffic to Mountain View High School and to the freeway
onramp at Eagle, make getting out of my neighborhood in the mornings a very long wait. If the R-
15 rezoning gets passed, the farm that currently sits at the corner of Locust Grove and Victory
could potentially become multi-family townhomes making so much more unneeded traffic and
congestion.
Please do not let this pass.
