Property Boundary Adjustment Application
Dear Mr. Parsons:
On behalf of GFI - Meridian Investments, LLC, we are pleased to submit the attached application and required
supplements for a property boundary adjustment request for two parcels.
The subject properties are identified as parcel numbers S1104233712 and S1104233644 or 2600 and 2700 North
Eagle Road respectively. The properties are located east of Eagle Road, west of Records Avenue, north of East
River Valley Street and south of Ustick Road.
In order to aid future development of the subject properties, we propose to reconfigure the property boundary
of Parcel No. S1104233644 as proposed in the attached record of survey. The proposed property boundary
adjustment will not reduce either property size below the minimum dimensional requirement for the C-G zoning
district or change the total number of properties.
