For new public utility construction (water, sewer, reclaimed water) applicants are required to submit:
Submit a PDF version of conceptual engineering
plans, including pipe sizes and profiles
Public Utility Plan
(Autocad file of the conceptual engineering plans
in a format that complies with the specifications

Property boundary adjustments are allowed for the adjustment of property lines between existing properties, and to allow for the
reduction in the number of buildable lots. A property boundary adjustment does not vacate the platted lot lines or easements of a
recorded subdivision (UDC 11-6B-8).
