Dear Planner:
Please accept our request for a Landscape Plan Modification for Movado No. 9 Subdivision.
The approved landscape plan for this phase previously proposed a walking path with outdoor fitness
equipment. We are asking to modify this plan to include a dog park with walking path in place of the
fitness equipment.
This section of the landscape plan was not a topic of discussion at a public hearing.
Statement of Conformance:
This landscape plan modification complies with the approved project’s conditions of approval and all
applicable requirements of the UDC.
