LOCATION: The site is located approximately ¼ mile
south of E. Overland Rd. on the west side
of S. Cloverdale Rd., in the E ½ of
Section 21, Township 3N., Range 1E.
I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Applicant requests approval to modify the landscape plan approved with the final plat for Movado
No. 9 (FP-2020-0006) to remove the exercise stations along the walking path in Lot 43, Block 11 and
replace it with a fenced dog park area on the same lot (see exhibits in Section VII).
II. APPLICANT INFORMATION

III. STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the proposed change to the open space lot and subsequent amenities and is of the
opinion the proposed dog park is an upgrade from the exercise stations previously approved because
it will likely be better utilized by future residents. Additionally, there are other open space areas
throughout the Movado Development that can be easily accessed by future residents of this phase.
IV. DECISION
Staff recommends approval of the requested modification to the amenities/landscape plan as proposed
on the plans in Sections VII.B and VII.C.

VIII. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL

except as modified with this approval (H-2016-0112, DA Inst. No. 2017-012608 & 1027-024757;
FP-2020-0006).
