Dear Mr. Elhert:
I am writing in regards to the application I submitted for an Accessory Use Permit for In
Home Day Care. I no longer intend to run a family day care out of my home, and I would like to
withdraw my application at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience I have caused you and
would greatly appreciate the withdraw of my application.
