ATTENTION:
Mr. Wayne S. Forrey, City Clerk
Subject:
Debra Paul
1480 W. Pintail Dr.
Lot 15, Blk. 4, Landing Sub. #3
Dear Mr. Forrey:
I am in receipt of your
regarding the above subject.
July
14,
1993 Notice
of
Application
I have no objection to Mrs. Paul operating a Family Child Care out
of her home at the above location, so long as there are no more than
four or five children left in her care at any given time. Mrs. Paul has
three children living at the subject address, and I feel any more than
four or five children, in addition to her three, would be excessive.
I would also request that the children in her care be required to
remain either indoors, or in the (fenced) back yard in order to minimize
any potential traffic hazards from children playing in the street. As
you are probably aware, West Pintail Drive is the construction access
road to the phases currently under development within Mallard Landing.
There is not only considerable traffic flow, but "heavy" vehicular
traffic (Cats, bull-dozers, sand and gravel semi-trucks, etc.). It is
primarily for this reason that I am concerned with children playing in
the s tr eet.
If these standards can be met, I have no objection to Mrs. Paul
operating a Family Child Care in her home.
I look
