Victory & Locust Grove R-15 Rezoning
Message:
Hello Mayor Simison,
I am a resident of the beautiful Tuscany subdivision in Meridian. I am writing to tell you that I
oppose rezoning the corner of Locust Grove & Victory as well as other single family home areas
where this may under consideration. High density housing will forever change our lovely

neighborhood. Multi-family buildings will bring many more vehicles than single family
homes. We are already dealing with more traffic than ever before. Another reason I am in
opposition is that the view will be ruined by multiple story buildings. The area around Tuscany is
quite beautiful and adding tall buildings along with more cars will change our little slice of
heaven. It will look more like a mini big city if that makes sense! Please consider my thoughts as
you move forward with making your decision.
