NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and
the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Merid-
ian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2007 for the purpose ofreviewing
and considering the applications of:
Ruby/Edwards: Architecture + Design for Annexation and Zoning of 2.48 acres
from RUT to an L-O zone for Locust Grove Professional Office Building located 1695
South Locust Grove Road;
Thomas & JoAnn Pfost for Annexation and Zoning of 1.46 acres from RUT to an
RA zone for the property located at 1205 W. Overland Road for Pfost Property located
1205 W. Overland Road;
Richard Brown and Roy Brown for a Rezone of approximately 4 acres from a C-N
zone to a C-C zone for Lots 1 - 5, Block 1 of the Comer at Vineyards Subdivision for
Cherry Wood Village and a Conditional Use Permit to allow retail sale and service of
motor scooters within the C-C zoning district on Lot 3, Block 1 of the Comer at Vineyards
Subdivision for Cherry Wood Village generally located S WC of Cherry Lane and Linder
Road;
Falash & Ross Construction for a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of an
animal care facility in an L-O zone for Liddell Veterinary Clinic located 2300 W. Everest
Lane;
Touchmark of the T}easure Valley, LLC for Preliminary Plat approval of 52 resi-
dential lots, 2 office/commercial lots and 10 common lots on 19.80 acres in an L-O zone for
Meadowlake Village North and a Conditional Use Permit approval to create 52 residen-
tial lots, 2 office/commercial lots and 10 common lots in an L-O zone for Meadowlake
Village North generally located SEC of Franklin Road and Touchmark Way.
More particular descriptions of the above properties are on file in the City Clerk's
office at Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian Idaho and are available for
inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all
interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and
invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all
interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public
meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation
for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings, please contact the City Clerk's Office
at 888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the public meeting.
