Dear Mayor Simpson & Council Members
It has been brought to our attention that the land on the Northwest corner of Victory & Locust Grove is being
considered for R-15 Rezoning to accommodate apartment style and multi-family townhomes. Given the surrounding
homogeneous neighborhoods of single family homes, we opposed any decision to rezone this area for other than single
family homes.
