We are writing to voice our extreme opposition to the proposed high density development on Victory and Locust Grove.
Traffic on Eagle and Meridian road is heavy and highly congested most of the day, further development along Locust
Grove will also become heavy and congested. This road leads to Mountain View High School and Renaissance High
School among other busy locations. Putting additional high density apartment development will make these roads a
nightmare. We are residents of Tuscany Lakes subdivision and our outlet is on Locust Grove just a quarter mile from the
proposed development. We selected Tuscany and Meridian for our home because it was convenient and easy to access
the hospital, schools, churches, restaurants, grocery, post office and city offices and the freeway. This development will
contribute to a significant decline in the quality of life in this area. You are our elected official, we encourage you to
protect our neighborhood and our city, vote no on this development.
