HomeMy WebLinkAboutPH NoticeCITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Meridian City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application PP 07-009 of Touchmark of the Treasure Valley, LLC for Preliminary Plat approval of 52 residential lots, 2 office/commercial lots and 10 common lots on 19.80 acres in an L-O zone for Meadowlake Village North; Furthermore, the applicant requests the application CUP 07-008 for a Conditional Use Permit approval to create 52 residential lots, 2 office/commercial lots and 10 common lots in an L-O zone for a Miscellaneous Application to Amend the previously approved Development Agreement for Touchmark Living Center Annexation AZ 99-021; and for a Variance to the UDC regarding the maximum length of cul-de-sacs, all for Meadowlake Village North, generally located SEC of Franklin Road and Touchmark Way.
