I vote “NO” to Movado Mixed Use H-2020-0123.
There are many reasons as to why I vote “NO” to building more apartments in the area.
Reasons being:
-Increased noise
-Increased traffic
-Devaluing my home/property
-As the number of apartments increase it brings land crowding and inadequate parking; thus, our streets in Movado will
be used for parking as there is a path that connects our subdivision to the apartment complex (unknown as to why this
is).
