Based on our research of the project files, all conditions imposed by the Public Works
Department and City Council have been met.
No additional surety is required for this project. Current surety is being held under the
subdivision development Troy Place.
Please call Donna w/ Tealey's at 385-0636 when the plat is ready to be picked up. Please
