I oppose the permit due to high traffic volume it is already hard to get on Overland Road from Movado Way , and also I
tried to look up the applicant , FlexSpace , LLC. and I can't find very much information on them , are they from out of
state? My property will face the two story rentals from my backyard and I already see the apartments to my left and
who knows what the condition of the apartments will look like in five years. The rentals that are trying to get developed
will have different management thru out the years and will these managers take care of the property, here at The
Greens we have a H.O.A. that we pay for to take care of our properties and have rules that we need to abide , I was
also told when I bought my home that the property behind my property was for commercial use. Please do not allow
this to happen I moved here to retire and do not need to see a two story rental from my backyard and also do not want
the value of my home to depreciate.
