Central District Health Department has reviewed and does approve the final plat for this
subdivision for central water and central sewer facilities. Final approval was given September
12, 2007.
Sanitary restrictions as required by Idaho Code, Title 50, Chapter 13 have been satisfied
according to this letter to be read on file with the County Recorder or his agent listing the
conditions of approval. Sanitary restrictions may be re -imposed in accordance with Section
50-1326, Idaho Code, by the issuance of a certificate of disapproval.

If all storm drainage is retained on -site there will be no impact on Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District and no further review will be required.
However, if any surface drainage leaves the siie, the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
requires that a Land Use Change Application is tiled Cor review prior to final platting. Please
contact Donna Moore at 466-7861 for further information.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. The developer must comply with Idaho Code
31-3805. It is recommended that irrigation water be made availabte to all developments
within the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District.
