This application is associated with the proposed commercial development located at the northwest corner of McMillan Road and Linder Road; with McMillan Road along the south and Linder Road along the east of the parcel. The proposed project is located in the General Commercial District (C-G) zone and consists of 4.91 acres. As required by the Alternative Compliance application, we submit this statement of conformance. The proposed Final Plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat; the approved Preliminary Plat consisted of four parcels and the current Final Plat consists of four commercial building lots (Lots 41-44) of Fulfer Subdivision Phase Number 8. An eighteen -month Time Extension (File #TE 06-025) was granted on November 9, 2006 to Record the Final Plat for Fulfer Subdivision no later than June 28, 2008. The proposed project will include a connection to the private drive to the northern adjacent residential subdivision as requested by the City of Meridian Planning Department. The Final Plat is in conformance of the standards provided in the Uniform Development Code. The Final Plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering and surveying practices and local standards.
