Yes, we discussed this at great length. The trees that are being retained and protected during the construction on the
site will count towards the mitigation, with the trees they are planting back onto the site above the required number,
they will be exceeding mitigation.

Ross, a tree mitigation plan was required with the final plat as a condition of approval.
Below is a table from the landscape plan you submitted. I do not understand the last line. Could this be clarified? MATT
